Cookies are my downfall

Ok, lets face it. Choclate is my downfall. And I really dont even crave it alot anymore but i’m in such a habit of eating it that i keep doing it! So today i looked in my locker at work and saw FOUR boxes of girlscout cookies. Apparently I ordered them over a month ago and forgot about it. Nice suprise? Sure…except that I am already a lardo who needs to stay away from this stuff!

So we have 2 boxes of thinmints (praise Jesus for His wonderful creations) and 2 boxes of tagalongs (a little taste of heaven). So is it possible that I can somehow relate the cookies to some sort of theological goodness of God? Or are they more like the sins of the devil…. Either way, they are enjoyable. I guess the after affects will tell the story. My guess? My hips will widen and I will conclude that indeed girlscout cookies, along w/ all other "choclate covered" sins are EVIL!

  1. I just got a call that my cookies are in last night…totally forgot that I ordered them. Now I will be forced to eat them and watch my butt get bigger and bigger.

  2. Hey, at least you only ordered 4 boxes. We downsized this year and only bought 6 instead of 7! I choose to look at it this way…. they only sell these cookies once a year, so the good news is you can’t just buy a box every time you go to the grocery store :) Therefore even if you do gain weight from them, you have a full year to get the weight off before some sweet little innocent girl tries to sell you some more next year. :)
